Terms & Conditions

1. Booking: The booking is confirmed as booked when the deposit (or full balance) has been received by Herts Cottage.

2. Payment: The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and cancellation charges will then apply.

3. Cancellations: Must be notified in writing to Herts Cottage. The following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 8 weeks before arrival - loss of 25% deposit.
• 4-8 weeks before arrival - 50% of the total cost.
• 2-4 weeks before arrival - 75% of the total cost.
• Less than 2 weeks before arrival - 100% of the total cost.

4. Damages: Any damages must be paid for in full, prior to leaving the property.

5. Information: All details given are to the best of our knowledge correct. However, Herts Cottage do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies that might be published.
